CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is very important to me and is reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur. To best serve all guests, cancellations & no show policies are as follows: All appointments require a 24 hours notice of cancellation to allow me to fill the appointment time. Any cancellation with less than 24 hour notice will require a $25 fee. If any no call/no show occurs, 50% of the missed appointment service price will be required in order to book another appointment. If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as you can. If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time or later, this could result in services being altered or reschedule.
